Smoked Scorpion Hot Sauce- FIRE!

They start with Trinidad Moruga scorpion peppers that they smoke with Kiawe (Hawaiian mesquite wood). This gives the sauce a balanced taste of smokey and fiery heat.

All ingredients are grown on Maui except the garlic and vinegar. Hand made on Maui!

Kiawe smoked Trinidad Moruga Scorpions, Maui onions, garlic, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt

Goes well with:

 Goes well in a Bloody Mary or use with baby back ribs or even some pulled pork sliders on garlic toast.
