They start with Trinidad Moruga scorpion peppers that they smoke with Kiawe (Hawaiian mesquite wood). This gives the sauce a balanced taste of smokey and fiery heat.
All ingredients are grown on Maui except the garlic and vinegar. Hand made on Maui!
