This hot sauce is made using Maui grown black raspberries. Yes they grow berries in Hawaii! You get a big raspberry flavor and then the fiery chocolate ghost peppers kick it into high gear with the heat. Slightly more intense than the Smoked Scorpion hot sauce. All Vegan!

This sauce is for all of you hunters out there. It pairs amazingly with venison, lamb, and duck. Our favorite recipe so far was for braised lamb shank with a light drizzle of the Raspberry Ghost. And for dessert try a little drizzle on your vanilla bean ice cream.
