Macadamian Nut Oil

Fresh pressed oil made in Hawaii by Ahualoa Farms.  

This oil is perfect for searing fish and meats.  It is able to do this because it has a very high smoke point.  The oil is very buttery and of course has a slight nutty flavor to it. All natural.
