This fiery dragon fruit & java steak rub is made with Kauai Coffee. The heat arrives from dragon fruit infused salt and chili peppers. This fiery rub is perfect for steaks, ribs, lamb, venison, etc... The coffee works as a natural tenderizer and we recommend 1 Tbs of seasoning per pound of meat.
