From Tom: "Who doesn't like chocolate chip cookies? Challenged to put a new twist on an old favorite, I decided to add a bit of Kona coffee from the Big Island to create a rich mocha flavor; then a bit of crystallized ginger just, well, because. No coconut in this cookie! I'll save that for a future recipe."
Pairing: A classic cookie deserves a classic tall glass of cold milk, or better yet, a cold glass of coconut milk!
